Another Trip to Santa's Village

Can you tell we really like Santa’s Village?  (Well that and our lack of options)  We decided to visit the day after Thanksgiving and see Santa’s Village in all of its Christmas glory.  It was decorated even more than usual with a light’s display after dark.

We went on all of our normal rides.  Our favorites are the antique cars, Santa’s sleigh, and Rudolph’s carousel.

Not surprisingly, the line to see Santa was very long.  Gideon waited in line while the girls and I decorated Gingerbread cookies, looked through some stores, and rode a few rides.  When we finally got to see Santa, the girls eagerly told them what they wanted for Christmas.

Hadley’s one request was a backpack that she could color herself.  Malia first asked for a dog.  Santa was very smooth and talked about a nice stuffed dog rather than a real one.  Then Malia stumped Santa by asking for a pumpkin.  I don’t know where that one came from either.  Who knows where she comes up with these things?

We finished this trip by buying our annual ornaments.  It was another great and memorable trip.
